Scope
This policy applies to draymankhoury.com and the forms on it. Use of the website is also subject to the Terms and Medical Disclaimer.
The site provides general medical education and an initial contact route. Do not submit medical records, clinical images, identity numbers or sensitive medical information through these forms.
Information that may be collected
- Consultation form: name, phone number, topic and a brief message provided voluntarily.
- Invitation-only feedback: name and contact details if provided, rating, feedback text, a secure hash of the invitation link and any publication choice.
- Basic technical data: the hosting and form provider may process IP address, submission time, browser type and security or spam-prevention information.
Why information is used
Information is used to respond, arrange further contact, manage requests, improve service, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. Feedback is never published automatically. Publication requires the author’s express choice and a manual review to remove unnecessary identifying or medical details.
Local storage, cookies and third parties
The current website does not include advertising trackers, behavioural analytics or Google Analytics, and it does not use non-essential cookies. The feedback page uses browser sessionStorage to retain invitation access during the current browser session.
The Migraine Compass processes answers in the browser and does not send them to the server. Hosting and forms are provided by Netlify; fonts may be requested from Google Fonts. These providers may process technical information outside Israel under their own policies.
Sharing, retention and security
Information is not sold. It may be accessible to Dr Ayman Khoury, personnel assisting with the request, hosting or form providers, or a competent authority when legally required. Data is retained only as reasonably needed for its purpose and applicable obligations.
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet system is completely secure. Sensitive medical information should be transferred only through a channel specifically approved by the clinic.
Requests about your information
You may request access, correction or deletion of information submitted through the site, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs. Publication consent for a testimonial may be withdrawn; removal from the site will be handled within a reasonable period, although search-engine caches may persist temporarily.
